Formerly known as Phenom, P-Lotus reinvented himself and built something bigger than just a music career. In 2009, he incorporated his own entertainment company, Phenomenal Entertainment, which has grown into a multimedia platform for artists, creatives, and storytellers. Through this, he’s not only proven himself as an artist but also as an entrepreneur with the vision to create opportunities for others.

Now, as the founder of PreHeat University and Brand & Build Institute, P-Lotus is bringing that same passion to the next generation. His goal is to empower gifted youth with the tools, training, and mentorship they need to succeed in the arts, media, tech, and entertainment industries.

With over a decade of experience balancing the grind of an independent artist and the responsibilities of running a business, he’s uniquely positioned to teach young “Phenoms” how to build their brands, chase their dreams, and turn passion into purpose.
